Pay: Competitive compensation based on skills and experience
Schedule: 1st Shift - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm M-Th (up to 5:30 pm with OT), Fridays as needed.

What We’re Looking For
· A driven Welder I to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.
What You’ll Do
· Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, you will fabricate daily orders.
What We Need From You
· Competent in welding technique and integrity – MIG and/or TIG
· Ability to set up and operate equipment/machinery with minor assistance
· Ability to adjust machine to appropriate thickness
· Ability to position pieces into jigs, fixtures, and guides using measuring instruments and hand tools
· Produce product to quality standards
· Work toward meeting the 3 cabinet per hour minimum
· Ability to follow demonstrated or written work instructions
· Machine/material knowledge – operations, light maintenance, safety requirements
· Ability to follow direction from trainers and/or supervisor
· Requires assistance in blue print reading
· Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Additional duties as needed.
Education/Experience And Must Haves
· 1 + years of experience MIG welding
· Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
· Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures.
· Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
